We were contacted by this client as she was referred to us by a friend. She had purchased a plot of land for a custom build and needed an experience building company to help with the project.

Project Particulars

Other than the land and timber frame package provided by Potton R&R provided the following services:

Groundworks, Superstructure, Roof, External Windows and Doors, Partitioning and Plastering, Electrics, Plumbing, Joinery, Decoration, Tiling, Preliminaries and Project Management.

I would highly recommend R & R. From start to finish they've shown great workmanship and Where to start?? I stumbled across R&R when a friend shared their page on facebook. I'd been pricing up individual contractors to complete a self build and thought let's see what they can offer. From the first conversation I had with Ben I knew we would use him to do the full build! The first impressions I got were that he was genuine, knowledgeable, fair and above all had integrity meaning I could trust him....2 years later I can confirm the opinion I formed of him was spot on! Ben and his wife Michelle who runs the business alongside him have been much more than a building firm, it's been a long 24 months since we first offered on the land and they've been patient, kind and reliable throughout (offering me an ear when I’ve needed to vent and reassurance when I’ve had a wobble) They really have kept me sane!! Would we recommend the team to others? At every opportunity YES! Every trade person that has passed through our door have been professional, accommodating and most importantly brilliant at what they do! Nothing's been rushed, no corners have been cut and we've ended up with a home that we are beyond proud of! We're beyond grateful to Ben, Michelle and the whole team at R&R for helping us to build our dream home, without them I don't believe we'd have the home we have, nor would I still have a full head of hair Thank you all.. They are also extremely tidy builders which was important for my neighbours! We are so pleased with our house.
