Who are the LABC? – The local authority building control represent all local authority control teams in England and Wales. They are independent, impartial, and not for profit and work with property owners, developers and building contractors to ensure buildings are safe and meet the standards set by the British building regulations.

 

The LABC Building Excellence Awards are the largest business to business awards in the building control sector in the UK. 

 

We were put forward for this award by Swindon borough council in recognition of our team’s work. These awards focus on skills, quality and competency and reflect the best in construction from a technical perspective. We are thrilled that our high standards and dedication to our clients best interests have been recognised.
